Hi my name is Dave Petrelle the author of Solid Gold Elvis and I have been collecting records and later CD's and movies since 1957.
In this third edition of the book I have completely redone every page in the Singles, EP, Film and Album Chapter.
The entire book has been updated through April 2006.
I find the CD Rom version is the easiest to use and it is what I use for my own collection.
I am working on a full color printed version of the book that will be more affordable than it has been in the past.
In the past I had to print each color copy on a laser printer and assembly it myself.
Each record or CD is listed separately with every known re-issue or variation released in the U.S.
